Dale Marshall
Dale graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.A. in criminology in 1985 and from the University of Victoria Law School in 1988. After completing articles with Glen Orris, Q.C., he has been practicing in Victoria since May 1989.
His practice consists predominantly of criminal defence and I.C.B.C. plaintiff work. Dale has been counsel in over thirty murder trials and several narcotics conspiracy trials. He has a busy practice defending all types of criminal charges.
Born and raised in Victoria, Dale remains active in the community, participating in several sports and coaching youth in soccer and baseball. He often volunteers his time as a legal advisor for several non-profit associations.
